The Sunny Bay Excelsior is a private house situated on the beautiful Agia Marina bay, just a few meters away from the beach with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea that you can admire both from the outside and the inside spaces of the house. Imagine waking up, cooking, dining or resting, constantly accompanied by the view of the inspiring and relaxing Aegean Sea. Enjoy the sun and the sea, while being close to touristic attractions, great restaurants, tavernas, cafes, shops and beach and night bars of Leros. The house has two bedrooms, big outside spaces, a Hot tub/Jacuzzi area, a chromotherapy area and it can sleep up to 6 people. It has a large and functional open-plan Kitchen/Living room with fridge, electric cooker and dishwasher, a dining table and a seating area with a sofa bed and smart TV with Netflix subscription. Wireless Internet and air conditioning are available throughout the house.

-ROOM 1: This bedroom has a wrought-iron queen sized bed, two night tables, a closet, two chest of drawers and a floor-standing mirror. It has a magnificent view of Agia Marina bay that you can admire lying down on the bed.

-ROOM 2: This bedroom has a wrought-iron queen sized bed, two night tables, two chest of drawers, a closet and a floor-standing mirror. Bed linen is included and beds are made up for your arrival.

BATHROOMS: Having a relaxing shower after a day at the sea is very important.

-BATHROOM 1: This bathroom has a large built-in shower in modern Cycladic Style equipped with chromotherapy that can accommodate three people and where you can loosen up sitting on a built couch!!!

-BATHROOM 2: This bathroom also has built-in shower in modern Cycladic Style.

BATHROOMS come with:

– Washbasin.

– Toilet and bidet

– Mirrors.

– Washing machine.

– Iron.

– Hair dryer.

– Stocked with soaps, shampoos and toilet paper.

Neighbourhood

The house is located at Agia Marina in the middle of the island, making it easy to reach from both ports (Lakki and Agia Marina) of the island and the airport (a few minutes drive). Restaurants, tavernas, cafes, shops and beach and night bars are all within walking distance.
